APS CUWiP at Iowa

Meals

Food is provided at no cost to participants throughout the duration of the APS CUWiP. These include Friday dinner, all of Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will be served as part of lodging in the Iowa House Hotel. Meals incurred during travel to and from the conference will be the responsibility of the student and/or her/his department.

We are happy to accommodate individuals with special dietary requirements. Please indicate any dietary needs on your registration following acceptance to the Iowa CUWiP site.

The goal of APS CUWiP is to help undergraduate women continue in physics by providing them with the opportunity to experience a professional conference, information about graduate school and professions in physics, and access to other women in physics of all ages with whom they can share experiences, advice, and ideas. The national and local organizing committees of APS CUWiP strive to create a welcoming environment for all, including undergraduate women and gender minorities.
